Lasik Intrarat, a newly opened Lasik eye surgery clinic at Intrarat Hospital in Bangkok, faced the challenge of establishing its presence and building brand awareness in a highly competitive market. As a new location, the clinic needed to generate buzz, attract potential clients, and position itself as a trusted provider of advanced eye surgery services.

SOLUTION

To help Surak achieve their objectives, we developed a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. Central to this approach was an emphasis on social media marketing, where we created targeted campaigns to highlight Surak’s unique offering of authentic Korean flavors with an exclusive crab buffet. We crafted visually engaging content and promoted it through key social platforms, ensuring that Surak’s brand reached both local diners and tourists in Bangkok. In addition to social media efforts, we launched a series of online advertisements to reach a broader audience. These ads were carefully designed to appeal to individuals seeking premium dining experiences, driving them to engage with Surak’s social media pages and website. To add credibility and boost word-of-mouth marketing, we partnered with well-known food bloggers and social media influencers in Bangkok. These influencers dined at Surak, sharing their authentic experiences with their followers, which helped generate excitement and further boost Surak’s visibility.To launch Lasik Intrarat successfully, we organized a comprehensive marketing campaign centered around a high-profile event. The launch event brought together the hospital's management team, 12 carefully selected influencers, and members of the press. This created a perfect blend of both online and offline exposure, designed to amplify the clinic’s message and generate excitement across various platforms.

We worked closely with influencers to generate buzz leading up to the event, and following the launch, they shared engaging content that captured their experiences at the clinic. The press coverage added an additional layer of credibility, ensuring the clinic’s services were highlighted both in traditional media outlets and on digital platforms. Our team also developed branded content and visual assets to support the clinic's online marketing efforts after the event, helping to sustain the momentum generated.
